Hey parents! Remember Camp?

Yeah?
Well, guess what! This is camp.
Your camper, and their clothes will get messy.
So please, don’t send your camper’s “Sunday Best” clothes,
because they may get dirty, lost or destroyed!

We also cannot be responsible for lost items at camp!
(so please don’t send valuable items)

Please DO send the following items with your camper:

Clothing

  • Old Clothes (at least one set that can get ruined)
  • T-shirts
  • Flip Flops
  • Swim Shoes (recommended)
  • Light Rain Jacket
  • Underwear
  • Shorts
  • Tennis Shoes
  • Pajamas
  • Compression Shorts
  • Proper fitting Swim Trunks that stay up for boys
  • Modest One Piece Bathing Suit for girls. (Tankinis tops must touch tankini bottoms. Please no bikinis.)
  • A Laundry Bag for dirty and wet clothing. (There are clothes lines for drying towels and swim suits.)

Toiletries and Bath:

  • Toiletries Bag
  • Sunscreen
  • Washcloth or Loofa
  • Toothbrush & Toothpaste
  • Hair ties
  • Personal Hygiene Items
  • 2 Towels. (one for shower, one for lake)
  • Hairbrush or Comb
  • Deodorant
  • Soap
  • Shampoo & Conditioner
  • Ziploc Baggies
  • Feminine Products

Bedding & Other

  • Pillow
  • Sheets
  • Blanket or Sleeping bag

And, very importantly, please remember:

  • Bible
  • Pad and Pens
  • Flashlight
  • Bug Spray

Medication

IMPORTANT!  If your child needs medication during the week, please put all medications in 2 (two) personalized pill boxes, labeled “AM” and “PM”.
Medication will be taken at the start of camp and administered under staff supervision.

Media Items

  • Ipods
  • Cell Phones
  • Electronic Games
  • Secular Music

Do not send Food

Food and snacks are not allowed in cabins. We will feed your camper like royalty and will have snacks and water throughout the day!

Do not send or allow your camper to bring the following:

  • Alcohol
  • Tobacco Products
  • Illegal Drugs
  • Fireworks

Campers with these items will be dismissed from camp.

Do not send Money

No extra money is needed.
Camper’s fees pay for everything including “Tuck Shop." (“Tuck Shop” is Canadian for “Canteen” or “Snack Shack”).

There is little to no cell service at the campground. if you need to reach your camper, you can call 865-742-4701 (Rob’s Cell) or 423-562-4910 (Campground landline).
