Hey parents! Remember Camp?

Yeah?
Well, guess what! This is camp ... Day Camp, but still camp!
Your camper, and their clothes will get messy.
So please, don’t send your camper’s “Sunday Best” clothes,
because they may get dirty, lost or destroyed!

We also cannot be responsible for lost items at camp!
(so please don’t send valuable items)

Please DO send the following items with your camper:

Please Note: We cannot be responsible for lost items at camp!

Labelling things is encouraged especially their towels, Bibles and Backpacks.

Please send the following items with your camper. Check it off when you got it in the bag!

Please Dress your camper accordingly.

__ Camp Clothes (ones that can get ruined)  __ T-shirts   __ Shorts (one extra pair of each)
__ Flip Flops  __ Tennis shoes
__ Light Rain Jacket  __ Compression Shorts (if needed)
__ Extra Underwear (they might get wet)
__ A Bag for swimsuit, towel and wet clothing.
__ Proper fitting Swim Trunks that stay up for boys
__ Modest Bathing Suit for girls- Tankinis must touch top of bottoms: (Please no bikinis)
__ Towel __ Baby Powder if they have a problem with chafing
__ Sunscreen

And, very importantly, please remember:
__ Bible __ Pens & Pencils
__ Bug Spray

MEDICATION
** Please administer your childs’ meds before or after camp.
If your child needs medication during the day, please put all medications
in a personalized pill box.
Medication will be taken at the start of camp and administered under staff supervision.

Again, we can not be responsible for lost items at camp!

Do Not Send the following items with your camper (or allow them to bring):

Cell Phones, Ipods or Mp3 players, Secular Music, or Electronic Games
There is no need to send a phone with your camper.
If you need to reach your camper, you can call 865-742-4701 (Rob's Cell), or 865-742-4702 (Chris’ Cell)

Please do not send Food
We will feed your camper like royalty and they will have ample snacks and water throughout the day!

Very important: Do not send or allow your camper to bring the following:
Alcohol, Tobacco Products, Illegal Drugs, Practical Joke Items or fireworks!
Campers with these items will be dismissed from camp.

Do not send Money. Camper's fees pay for everything including "Tuck Shop" *
*(Tuck Shop is a Canadian term for Canteen or Snack Shack - blame Mr. Rob)
